In this exhibition, Chanida Voraphitak introduces the Ka-Fai—hybrid spirit characters that move between the natural, human, and digital worlds. Appearing through paintings, installations, and interactive elements, these figures guide visitors into a speculative underground realm.

Within this shifting landscape, everyday digital actions—posting, sharing, storing—begin to reveal another reality: the hidden material traces of our technological lives.

Living entities forged by environmental change. We ponder the tools of our transmission: should we convey our existence through traditional oil painting, or leverage the highest extent of technology through vibrant avatars? Comparing our deep dive into the digital realm to excavating physical matter—just to magnify and expand the depth inside a mobile screen—only leaves our real world exponentially more hollow. Vibrant characters effortlessly slip into our daily lives, carrying these narratives with them.As we seek a point of convergence between our emotional resonance and today’s world, do we still crave access to something beyond? What comes next for us?"
